Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy: At Relevant Workforce, we value your time and ours. To ensure a smooth and productive experience for all parties, please review our booking policy before scheduling your consultation. Consultation Appointments: All consultations must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Consultations are available Monday through Friday between 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST (unless otherwise arranged). Each initial consultation is free of charge and lasts approximately 30 minutes, unless otherwise specified. Rescheduling & Cancellations: If you need to reschedule or cancel, please notify us at least **12 hours in advance**. Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the scheduled time may be subject to a **\$25 cancellation fee**. No-shows may forfeit the ability to reschedule future free consultations. Meeting Format: All Consultations will be via Zoom. ⚠️Important Notes: Consultations are for discovery and planning purposes only. Any project work, staffing execution, or strategy implementation will be scoped separately. Relevant Workforce reserves the right to deny or postpone consultations if the inquiry falls outside of our service capabilities or compliance requirements. Questions?
